A: myQGS nails booking is 100% free to join! You only pay to the merchant after using the services or promotions that you buy.
Q: Where do I see the ticket for my appointment?
A: You can find the list of tickets you've booked by:
1. Login to your myQGS account profile
2. Click on My Booking on the left to see a list of your tickets.
Q: How can I cancel my appointment? What will happen then?
A: You can simply press the Cancel button to change the status of your ticket detail. We don't want mutiple missed appointments due to its effect on our merchants's anticipation. Therefore, you will have to confirm if you 've cancelled too many times in the past.
Q: How do I know if my favorite salons are supported by online booking?
A: To find your favorite salons, type in the Search field and our directory will display their names for you. To get the latest information on salon services in your favorite city, set it in your city subscriptions. If your favorite salon is not supported by our Booking Engine, you can recommend for myQGS.
Q: Can I change my booked time?
A: Yes. You can go to your appointment and edit your preferred time any time.
Q: What can I do if my favorite salon doesn't support QGS Booking?
A: You can choose other salons in your area displayed on the portal or recommend myQGS to your favorite ones.
Q: How do I reset myQGS password in QGS Nails Booking?
A: You can change your password by doing the following :
1. Login to your myQGS account profile
2. Click Password on the table on the right
3. Enter your old password and the new one
4. Answer the security question that you registered to myQGS
5. Click Save.
If you forget your password, you can retrieve it by:
1. Login to Sign in
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter you're the email address that you registered with myQGS and press Next
4. Answer the question you registered with QGS and type the two words in the box.
5. Click Send password reset link
Your new password will then be sent to your email.

1. Select Support Customer from the drop down menu at the top
2. Fill in your e-mail address, the name of the promotions and your myQGS voucher number
